Yes, per the SBA Constitution, Bylaws, and signed budget packet, the student organizations that participate in the budget hearing waive all rights to appeal the allocation amount.
Newly activated student organizations will have to participate in the next budget hearing. Once the budget hearing has concluded, the BOR does not allocate SBA funds.Â
